Our practice is built on negotiation, mediation, and collaborative divorce—processes that reduce emotional and financial strain and keep families out of court. We are not a litigation firm; we work outside of court. When agreement feels out of reach, we also offer mediation-arbitration and arbitration as a private, binding alternative to litigation.
Meet Rebecca
Rebecca Stanley is a BC family lawyer, mediator, and former judicial law clerk with over ten years of experience in family law across British Columbia.
She founded Renovate Family Law to offer clients a genuine alternative to adversarial legal processes — one built on informed decision-making, structured agreements, and less damage to family relationships.
